Hey guys, I was on my way to school and I saw a blue lights on the side of the road. I passed by and it was a Mustang GT undercover cop car

! Watch out for that in the Arlington/Falls Church area.

This is nothing new.. cops in Fl have been doing this for years.. same with NY. I see it here in Va Beach on occasion too. They're usually seizures that they've retrofitted with lights n police gear.

what gave you the Idea traffic cops weren't sneaky? .. lol.. if you always saw them they'd never catch you doing what you aren't supposed to be doing. Its their job to be sneaky!

we've had mustang GT undercovers here in FL for many years now. we also have chargers, silverado's, etc.

the funny part is, they put decals & stickers & license plate frames all related to racing and things like that for an even more undercover effect. lol

Yeah my x got pulled in Cocoa on I95 on her way to work for tailgating a black mustang gt.. happened to be one of Brevard county's finest

lol .. I wanted to be mad at her.. but it was too funny to be angry about.

That car has been around for years and is from the wonderful state of Colorado. It's not actually used as a patrol car though, just for show. They have a few other ones like that they keep at the state academy near Golden. They take them to the weekly "Take it to the Track" series they host at Bandimere for all the kids to get driving fast out of their system at a track.

Shouldn't be too bad. Don't they have a v6 and a solid rear axle. Just find an area with a few turns and some loose gravel. You'll be gone in a blink of an eye with a well developed rally car

Just be sure he doesn't find you speeding on a 1/4 mile drag strip.

I recall when I lived in VA in the 80s I saw staties using Mustang GTs and Monte Carlo SS.. I see that type of stuff regularly in GA by the GSP as well.. Mustangs and Camaros mostly but I once saw a Corvette.
