    I'm back....

.... if anyone even remembers me (and my once-up-a-time back in '04 silver WRX and black STi)
got my hands on an '07 wagon yesterday (my butt dyno told me it was way more fun to drive than the '08, and way cheaper, too), and just thought i'd check back in with my old haunts.
so if you remember me, say hi and tell me when we're going driving - if you don't know me, say hi anyway!

you know i wasn't sure i liked 'em when they first came out, but i actually don't mind the look at all. good thing since it's in my driveway now!
of course, it threw a CEL tonight at 196 miles complete with blinking cruise... back to dealer tomorrow AM.

    07 ECU problems, humphhhh

i still like the hawkeye wagons they certainly look better than the blobeye wagons almost as good as a bugeye, but they are better, bigger engine, modern gauges, i really like them, congrats.

actually, no ECU problems. it was a giant spider and web blocking the fuel tank vent pipe! posted the whole story in the general talk section if you wanna read it. kinda funny, but the car is A-OK now.

define "not too far?" i have family in the DC area, and it's not a long trip for me.
the thread about this seems kinda quiet right now... what's the status of the event?

well there were over 50 possible people at the moment, and still 23 days out usually pic's up at about 10days out, also there are those folks that never post and just show up

we had over 100 people at the BBQ last time

it's a good time trust me , we have people that drive from PA,NJ,&WV I don't think they would come back 3x times if it wasn't worth it
