I think Taz and bchslap hit the nail on the head.

I would very much like to come down to an MD meet soon. Maybe we could even do a joint meet.

I'd like to setup another Dogfish Head Brewery Meet soon. Check out the thread:

Okay guys keep the thoughts/ idea's coming.

I know where I stand and I also thought the go kart meet in PA was extreamly fun (would love to get a decent size group up there) and also the Meet and Dine at Silver Spring Mining Company was a blast also.

I have to be extreamly careful driving for a few months so any kind of meet/drives I'd go to would have to be like the one we did this spring.

    Discuss some more.

Its not that we don't love our fellow Subie brothers from the North or South, it just that we can't understand what you're saying.

my thoughts exactly. there are positives to lot meets, but once you have seen a hooked up subbie, you have pretty much seen all you are going to see. for me, it's more fun discussing parts, install experiences, and fun roads over a meal.

just an example: no cruise, meet at Dave & Busters on the top level of the garage (all cars can fit there np), enjoy the view of the rows of subbies and chat for a bit. head inside, grab some food, then play some games. this still sounds like more fun to me than just chillin' at the white marsh PnR for 2 hours, admiring the mods of other drivers. it gives a little bit of both worlds.

I'd definitely be up for it, assuming I'm in town.

Craig, I would like to have a go-kart meet at this place:

    http://www.midatlanticgrandprix.com/site/

It is in New Castle, DE. That shouldn't be to difficult for everyone to get to.

They are some very quick karts.

That place looks pretty cool and comes up on alot of different forums I'm in. Just a heads up it's about a hour and a half from just outside Baltimore according to map quest. It does however look like it's in between Baltimore and Philly so for the dedicated might be a good "trip" for a multi area meet.

And the negative Ned side of it is the drive time and cost. If I was going to make the drive I'd almost try to find a beach or something up that way to spend the weekend at.

If there was enough interest I could see making the drive. There would have to be alot more interest/attending members then the last Go-kart meet in PA that I went to.

The cost is a bit steep, but it is worth it! These karts are real quick. Philly SCCA holds our winter meets at this place, we usually have a good time.
