I've had a good tint done at Atlantic Tint (I think that's the name), they're in Towson, on Joppa Rd, across from the little veggie market.
I have had 3 cars tinted at "The tint man" in Glen Burnie, MD. Their rates are pretty good and they offer a lifetime warranty. All they do is Tint windows.

If your in the Gaithersburg/Rockville area, there is the tint shop next to the shady grove metro station. Thats where I got mine done. Lifetime war. about $150. Looks good.
