    You should be able to adjust your avatar picture from the User CP....it will then be on the left hand side you can link from flickr or myspace or anything like that. But you gotta remember to make it less than 180X180 pixels. If you have a picture you wanna post up open it up in paint and resize until you get your desired dimension or just cut and crop.
