  1. blackout stuff - the side window trim pieces....remove (there are screws inside the door panel), scuff sand, prime and paint + clearcoat. Same with rear chrome strip. Just make sure on all the "chrome" pieces you want to black out to take them off, scuff sand well to get teh sheen off, clean well (soap and water), let dry. Use a good primer, several coats of automotive spray paint, and clearcoat. Eventually you may get a chip or two on them - I repaint mine about once every year or so, but it's pretty easy.
  2. Hey dude I love the rear blacked out, great job. I would love to black out my decals and that silver strip across the back. I'm not the handiest guy but I can follow directions pretty well. Any advice on where I can get some information on doing this?
