  1. There is no other way than doing it as careful as you can. If you take your time, your result will come out better. It does take a little bit of time but it all well worth it. I really like it because we actually take time to do mine so there wasn't any moisture inside the headlight after assemble it. Good luck man and let me know what else I can help.   3. hey man. I didn't buy it stock like that either. We actually baked the headlight, pulled it apart, paint it and pinstripe tape what area you like and reseal it. It's a process require time and effort. Let me know if you're interested in doing it to your car. I can give you hints and suggestions. My friends are expert on it as he did almost 50 times now. It's amazing.
