    ok i found them for 145 on ebay. 02-03 Subaru Impreza WRX Halo QUAD Projector Headlights.

    I don't know the brand, excess motors is the company that sold them and when I searched "2002 wrx" on Ebay they came up on the parts list as "quad projector headlights". there are actually a few decent looking lights on there. and the halo's do work but you have to cut the turn signal blue wire (daily running light) and piggy back the halos on to that and the negative for the turn signals. Use your single fillament turn signal bulbs from the stock lamps after you do that and it won't think the lights are out. Then when you do running lights it's halo's only with the side markers and they flash when you lock/unlock your car. *shipping was free and it took 3 days for them to get to Seattle.

    I bought the headlights on Ebay for 145.00 and had to re-wire them yo function like the stock headlights. The halo rings are tied in with the running lights so I can run them by themselves and the flash when I lock/unlock the car. If you guys decide to buy some I'll explain how to wire them in right
