I have a special place in my heart for Subarus. They were around as I was growing up for as long as I can remember. My father had a GL when I was little and put about 200K+ before he finally gave it to someone in need. My brother drove around a brown DL hatchback aptly named "The Turd Car". My dad then got a '92 Legacy on which he later taught me how to drive a manual. So, I have a feeling I will probably drive Subarus for many years to come. Maybe someday I can teach my son to drive a stick on a Subaru too!
