    Photoshop elements?

    I was wondering what everyones take on photoshop elements was. Obviously it is a watered down version of PS CS but I was wondering if you could do things like:

    Layers
    raw editing
    blur tool
    touch up tool
    borders
    text for sigs
    etc.

    I'm looking for a software sweet I can touch up small trouble spots in my pics, do cropping, apply borders and a copyright sig. My raw processing program is pretty good but won't touch up small arears, only apply changes to the whole photo.
