    My pictures from Europe........

Went on a nice vacation this summer. Stops included London, Amsterdam, Munich, Paris, and then back to London.

First is me enjoying almost too much room in first class from Chicago to London Heathrow:

    LONDON

    Buckingham Palace-

London County Hall (our hotel was here, Marriott)-

    Stonehenge-

    Tower Bridge-

    Tower of London-

    Westminster Abbey-

    Windsor Castle-

    mi6 building, no James Bond-

    Just some neat apartment building-

    AMSTERDAM

    MUNICH

    PARIS

    Well, that's it!

Planning another trip for next year.......thinking Italy this time.

    -Mike

Great pics! I've also been to a couple of those places in Amsterdam.

You suck because you got to go in first class. I didn't have enough FF miles to upgrade both myself and the wife, so we were stuck back with the cattle in coach when we went to Italy.

Yep, FF here too! Was 250,000 miles for two round trip first class tickets. Only had to pay the taxes. I don't have the coin for the tickets myself.

I loved London......It was my favorite city. I think we are flying back into London next year and then taking British Airways down to Rome.

I'm on to you - be very careful!

It looks like you hit all the best spots in London. There is so much history there. I love the Imperial War Museum if you get a chance on your next visit. Good towns to visit outside London would be Bath (Roman town), Salisbury (sodding great Cathedral) and Stratford-upon-Avon (Shakespeare).

Oh yeah - avoid all the places up North where Weasel comes from... very strange people and lots of coal mines.
