Well it comes with the adapter piece to make it all work, too. I know it's a tad pricey, I thought the same thing, but unfortunately it was what I needed and they were able to get it to me ASAP. You might be able to just get the hose off of them.

Just give them a call, ask for Rick, and tell him Andrew O'Brien sent you their way.

Okay.. I talked to them, and unfortunately the only way to get that piece of hose is to order the entire kit.

Now I'm just looking at getting a piece of flex hose to replace the OEM recirc hose. Someone on nasioc pointed me to this Goodyear Replacement Belts and Hoses 52419 - Goodyear Flexible Radiator Hoses - Overview - SummitRacing.com.. which led me to this SamcoSport USA - Superflex Hose.

As long as I am correct in assuming that the hose I need is indeed 1.5" diameter, I think I'm just going to order a meter of Samco Superflex PN: SFL38.

[edit]never mind, that Samco hose is $70 by itself.. looks like I'm getting the Goodyear radiator hose for $10[/edit]

I really like that...the shade of the car works really well with the background, IMO.
