    Ray, turns out there WAS more detail hidden in your photo... I was surprised myself. All I did was open it in photoshop and use the shadow/highlight filter and now you can see a lot more detail in the crowd and you can even make out the launch vehicle...

    Good call on the polarizer. I did have it on. I use it most times I'm near a water feature and/or it's mostly sunny. I also added a little bit of a graduated filter in Camera RAW and then photoshopped the hell out of it. It's still not totally the way I'd like but it's getting there.

    Just noticed your smugmug user ID. Seeing any of summer tour?

    Haha I think you just became my favorite person on here... I didnt buy any tix this time around, I was planning on just tagging along if anyone had extras. I spent a lot of $ seeing them last year, including all 3 of the hampton shows-- It was worth it but this year Id rather spend money on my new subie
