Nudity is not allowed here. This was pretty mild and blurry, so I'm exercising some discretion..usually this is an instant ban.

CorrPerformance.. read our FAQ link immediately.

I read the FAQ just now and I apologize for posting that.

Well the video was blurry as you mentioned and it was a act that was done on the streets and as you know that is something that is common down here in The Big Easy since Mardi Gras is going on at the moment.

The rules are the rules and if you did ban me I would not be bitter at all since there are guidelines here that I was not aware of and I crossed the line.

Thanks for not bringing the wood down on me.

Just thought I'd share a picture of my dinner last night:

    Menu:
    Main course: Prime Rib (medium/medium-well)
    Side: Beef rice
Beverage: Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA
Not pictured: Tossed salad w/ Olive Garden dressing (appetizer), 8 empty Brooklyn / Magic Hat beer bottles (gotta have my rocket fuel while I cook), and a hot fudge brownie sundae I made myself for desert.

    The dinner came out well.

The salad was nothing special - iceberg/romaine lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, broccolini, green olives, and tomatoes.

The beer was good. I fixed a co-workers home network and he game me a 12-pack sampler of both Brooklyn / Magic Hat beers. The empties consisted of Magic Hat #9 (1), Magic Hat Lucky Kat (2), Brooklyn Lager (3), Brooklyn Pennant Ale (1), and Brooklyn IPA (1). I ended up capping the night off with one of the Sierra Nevada Harvest Wet Hop Ales while playing a little TF2.

I've been playing with my prime rib recipe for a while now, and I think I've almost got it. Unfortunately, it's pretty expensive (the cut I bought for last night was $31), so I can't test as often as I'd like

The rice was a little on the well-done side (how could I screw up rice?! ), but that's because I got distracted a bit from cooking a spaghetti/meatballs dinner to supplement the leftover chicken parm I made the night before.

The brownies came out well - I didn't make them from scratch this time (I wasn't feeling ambitious enough, imagine that haha), but I added the usual cup of chocolate chips to the batter. Ice cream was Breyers Vanilla Bean, and I topped it off with Smuckers dark chocolate hot fudge and some canned whipped cream.

    All-in-all, I had a good Valentine's Day

^^^^Looks delicious! Nice marble to the Prime Rib...did you dry age it at all?

I think the rice looks really good...I'm a fan of over-cooked (and even sometimes undercooked) rice...I like the little bit more of a crunchy texture to it, similar to a good fried rice.

I was going to make some stuffed peppers last night with a southwest style chicken/rice/cheese filling...but ended up getting lazy and just eating the chicken/rice filling in a bowl because it was delicious by itself topped with Cheddar Jack

I made stuffed peppers to go with the Chicken Parm on Saturday night.

With the way I cook/drink, there's no surprise I weigh as much as I do

I have the same problem buddy...I usually am very good at cooking enough to feed myself for one meal, but that one meal ends up being pretty hearty. I used to be 210lbs or so a few years back but I'm at 235lbs now. If I were to eat less, I'd be so damn hungry all the time. I guess that's something that I'd have to deal with. I mean I go to the gym and play soccer, but I know all too well from my background as a Health/Gym teacher that there's a lot more that needs to be done.

I get picky about eating habits because I REALLY enjoy cooking and eating. My dad is a chef, so I've learned some things and want to keep learning and perfecting my cooking abilities. How the hell does Bobby Flay stay relatively fit???

I'd be happy to get back down under 250lbs - college killed me; my "freshman 15" was a "freshman 55" (I actually ate/drank less in college than in high school)

I'm just lucky I'm tall enough not to really show the weight.

I'd be huge if anyone in my family was a chef - all my cooking has just been me tinkering around spices/seasonings as I saw fit. I did the gym thing for a few years in college, but didn't really like it (I did it more just for something social to do); I'd rather golf.

"L-SCHLEG'S" STI on NASIOC. I've always wanted to do my FMIC piping in white (if I ever get one, that is).
