yep. since i have a wagon (and my back seat are down,) i put one of the legs in the lower cup holder, then the other 2 were fairly flat. i'm using a Bogen 3001 style tripod from Amvona
exposure was something like 30" @ either f8, or f16 and was going ~35mph
going to add some weight to the tripod to make it a little more stable
I tried with my tripod but needless to say the guages never came out clear like both of yours have. I think I need a better tripod anyways. I got a cheep kodak from walmart.
I am so not a professional. I thought the house was cool, this was taken around Christmas. This house is a National Historic Landmark. It is one of the original Homesteads of the west and I believe one of the very first Homestead in Oregon. It is somewhat kept up, the house isnt but the property it sits on is. Camera is a Canon S2 IS
Those are some sweet Christmas lights. I should've taken a pic of the 6 foot tall light star me and my dad made last Christmas. Wrapped with over 1000 lights, that thing is BRIGHT!
speaking of the moon, there was a lunar eclipse the other night, i wish this came out out sharper but it was pretty high contrast for a camera to pick up. maybe in 3 years ill remember to do an hdr next time.
