    EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM

    I just got it Thursday and haven't had a whole lot of opportunities to play with it yet...but it is seriously awesome so far.

    that's so damn excellent. you decided on the 20D. I'm hoping someone around my house takes the hint and gets me one for my b-day next week! edit - just realized you weren't the one looking for the 20D.

    That lens cost almost as much as the camera, right? Can't wait to see the pics!

    Nice buy, chan. I've been having mine for a couple of years and it makes great images. But, dude, take it off the tripod and shoot it like a man. It does have IS, which you paid for dearly.
