2015 STI + Rally Armor Mudflaps

I recently added Rally Armor mud-flaps to my 2015 STI. It was so easy. It took me a lot longer than it had to because I was going slow and triple reading the instructions but if I had to do it over again it would take about 30 minutes. The only thing I don't like about them is how they don't sit flush with the curve of the wheel well. What do you guys think?

And here's the other guy who parks way out at the back of the parking lot:

It would make sense if the mud flaps stuck out a bit to deflect rocks from hitting the bottom portion of your car. Right? Regardless, have you had any problems of the mud flap scrapping speed bumps and etc?

I understand where you're coming from. I too am planning on ordering a set, but I feel the same way. Wish it was a bit more flush, but I understand its purpose.

They have to stick out a little for any real protection.
They are made to stop the tires from throwing rocks an debris.
Also when you turn, if they didn't stick out a little, you would have gravel rocks, and other road debris, causing issues Without that lip, debris would be flung all up the side of your cars body.
And no one wants that to happen.

Also your car looks great, wouldn't want to scratch or dent the paint.
Great mud flap choice, I have them on my 13 right now.
