Looks good, the paint color looks different. Is that the color of the leaves or the editing? I'm a noob too lol.

Try not to center the object so much. Use the rule of thirds.

Verdugo wrote a good write up for car photographs. Find that link and experiment.

It's a result the natural lighting. The sun was probably pretty high in the sky when these photos were taken, which resulted in a washed out look giving the car a pale blue almost purple look, rather than an electric blue. As a general rule of thumb, on a sunny day it is best to avoid outdoor photos between 11am - 1pm (some say 10am - 2pm), because the sun is so high in the sky, it is too strong for the camera's sensor to compensate for.

The photos look very good, and the location is excellent. The WRB contrasts well with the color of the leaves. I also agree with oguitar regarding the rule of thirds.

OP, what type of camera were you using and what editing software?

Actually I skated out of work as fast as possibly (around 5:30-6pm) to get up there before the sun went down. I bought a Nikon SLR D5100 off of a friend for an amazing price I couldnt pass up. This is the first time I have used this camera to take shots like this and I am surprised how amazing they look. I tried to get my friend to bring up her red mk6 gti but she backed out last minute but needless to say she was sad once these posted online. I will take the advice from yinz guys next time I do shots like this! Thanks alot for the advice!!
