    My 2013 WRX 5 Door

Picked up my first WRX last Friday. Love the car. Thought I would join the party and display my mods over time.

    This is pick up day...

I negotiated a custom tint job in my purchase, so I had to bring it back to the dealer 3 days later and got my tint done.

Slowly but surely I will keep modding and sharing.

Thanks guys. Next mod is going to be the fender emblems. I plan on either going black to flow with the tint or gunmetal to go with the wheels. Haven't quite decided yet. Also, can anyone help me out with my headlights? I would like to upgrade my lows to a much more vivid light but I really haven't had the chance to look into what I am actually capable of doing with the base model headlights.

    Thanks

Tint looks good, My 13 needs it bad.

Funny you want more on the headlights, my wife even commented on how much brighter the stock WRX are over my last car.

Its really not that I want more out of them, but that I want them to be more defined. I would love to find an aftermarket black headlight kit, but it doesnt look like anyone has made them for the new models yet. Im also a BMW enthusiast, so I love the angel eye look.

Sounds like you need to hit up Lightwerkz. They can black them, put new projectors in, and angel eyes. It's on my to do list

Thanks for the advice. Lightwerkz seems to have everything I want for my headlights, and I can even drive up there. I'm also starting to look into exhaust, but I'm finding myself not wanting to spend $1k on a CBE.

You read my mind. I love the Greddy SP Elite, but just cant fathom spending $1200 on just CBE.

No doubt. Unfortunately prices prob will stay that high until the next-gen comes out.

Just a random ? for people, but has anyone had any issues taking their car through a car wash? I live in a condo complex and am not allowed to do it in our lot. I hate laser washes because they do absolutely nothing but a quick rinse.

You may want to consider checking out Nameless Performance. Quality made in the good 'ol US of A.

    Subaru - Nameless Performance

P.S. They just came out with a sweet 4" quad tip exhaust.

Yeah I would plasti dip the fender badges black, that's what I did on mine (same color/year/hatch.) Just overspray enough above the badge, and a tad below it so you can just peel excess off easy
