52 Week Project

Long time guys...Finally getting back in the swing of things. Had a lot going on this past month between the fire at the bar and then migrating the servers over. But I'm back and here to stay.


So I've noticed that my photography has been pushed to the back burner and its time I do something about that. I wanted to do a 365 but I have no idea how people commit to something like that. So for now I will stick to one photo a week for a year. Subject can be anything I choose a long with a story behind it. This is all being done on Flickr and I will update this thread as I take a new photo.

I now feel "closer" to your GF suddenly.

Wow...photo editing is nuts! What program is that? I'd love to learn how to do something like that. I wish they had that editing ability when I was in HS...all my pimples would have been gone.

And on a final note...I laughed before you changed the words to "Man's best friend"

It's Adobe Photoshop.

Adobe Photoshop CS6...Its crazy what you can do now with all these programs...

Thanks. It was my first "screen capture" so I had to hurry through it. I went back and redid it and actually took my time. I like cleaning up the "imperfections" while still keeping skin texture. I can't stand the plastic look that a lot of people go for.

I noticed you were keeping texture and tone...just removing blemishes and such. That's really cool...your GF still looks human and not like an airbrushed mannequin!

Thanks, feels good to be back.

I personally don't. My family does. But I am a big part of keeping everything running smoothly since I handle all the electronics and media.
