Unfortunately no action shots as I was by myself..

Absolutely no paint protection.. Now that I think about it, It would have probably been a good idea to mask the whole bottom of the car with blue masking tape and then just peel it off with the mud.

I'll just get the missing plug and reflector from the dealer, about $30 or so for both.

Yes, I could have gotten her muddier as somebody above suggested but I was kinda breaking the law so I took off after about 15 minutes just to be safe and avoid getting charged with trespassing, vandalism, reckless driving, speeding, etc, etc.

So yesterday I started cleaning her and I am going to admit that I decided not to do this again...
It will take DAYS to clean everything.
There are chunks of grass and dirt EVERYWHERE underneath, even powerwashing for 30 min left a lot of stuff behind.

As for the paint, I carefully got the mud off but, unfortunately, some nasty swirl marks were inevitable after this.
So a meticulous clay bar and polishing job is in the near future for this car.

Maybe all the cleaning isn't worth the 15min of fun but I didn't want to own a Subaru and not be able to say that I tested her in the mud. But in the future, I'd rather play in the snow.. much less cleaning to do

Looks like a heads up, looking at your car too long will swirl and chip your paint. If the pain is gonna get a bit dinged, might as well have fun doing it
