    Paid 62 bux shipped from heuberger subaru in colorado... i live in az. Dealers here are around 15 % more for spt parts. I threw it on took a little bit of time and a couple choice words here and there .

    Should have cost about $60...and if anyone pays to have that installed they need to get beat over the head with said heatshield I had one on my first STI and it took literally 5 minutes. Undo a bolt, shimmy it under the intercooler, and bam. It's on.

    You mean undo 9 bolts. 3 of which I hear are a pain to get at from the top.

    I'd still do it myself though.

    just took my heat shield off yesterday and those "pain" bolts are not that hard to get to. There is plenty of room to get the socket it.

    Well yeah, if you're removing the stock heatshielding. I added my SPT on over an Invidia DP.
