    What makes you say that the 09 was a bad decision? Granted the hawkeye is my favorate one, but the only year of wrx I cant stand is the 08's...

    08,09,10... ugly. I don't care how much larger the 09's turbo is... they look identical to the 08 (i know sports grille, etc.. they're the same). The 11's really figured their sh!t out. Put the right accents in the right place to make up for those lame-sauce bland toyota camry's that subaru made from 08-10.

    Yeah the 08's base wrx grill made me throw up in my mouth the first time I saw one in person, no wonder they were sitting on the lots forever... Imo the 09's look a little less buldgey then the 08's, but still the 08-10's look like a inflamed Toyota's shrunken head yet it has grown on me...

    it is mounted behind the center bezel using the lower right bolt that holds the stereo in. So you dont see any holes whatsoever.
