What color lip?

Hey guys! I just got my car back from the shop and they murdered the paint my wheels' lip.

Here's my delima:

I would just touch it up but the color is rota's hyper black which has no touch up paint. (multiple of different paint)

I want to put some paint over it to keep it semi new and to keep the chipping from going any further.

So my choice is to paint the lip a certain color that will work. Here are some pics of my dirty rex.

If possible, some photoshop work would be very helpful. I can take pictures at more convenient angles if needed.
