It looks like just the driver's side is. That needs to be fixed before it destroys the entire headlight unit. Appears to be condensation in there, and a lot of it.

sweet! except for the emblem holes in the trunk, the empty emblem mount on the front grill, and the fact that your key hole on the trunk is still shiny. That's just my opinion though.

i dont particularly mind the look of the flat or matte black on some vehicles. someone in my neighborhood has a mustang gt500 that is just murdered the hell out, matte black, black wheels, blacked out window tint, it just looks nasty. if you look closely at his car, you can tell he spent some $$$ on the paint job because it looks perfect up close.

unfortunately, most people that re-paint their either dont have enough $$$ for a quality paint job or just dont want to spend the $$$ to get one, and you end up with a car that looks cool from far away, but upclose you can see where the painter masked everything and it looks terrible.

to the OP, the car looks cool, but you def need to address the issues mentioned with the emblem holes and the areas that still have clear coat that were not masked well. and get a new headlamp.
