    BMW M3 with V10 M5 manual swap - BAD ***!

    May or may not be repost (I am prolly a day late on this one). I just seen it myself and the bloody thing is amazing. If I could fab and do something like that, heck, I can imagine the animals I would want to build.

    I love to see people go nuts on cars, but I wouldn't really want to drive this thing other than in a straight line. WAY too much weight on the nose versus the tail!

    I'm really surprised they got an M5 V10 engine into the E30 platform... but damn must that thing oversteer, with all that weight in the front

    I think it's less than 100lbs heavier than the original lump. The s85 is aluminum block and 20 years newer so it's pretty light for its size. I think it's the combination of 500hp and a 100in wheelbase that I'd be worried about.
