I have a black 09 wrx wagon and was wondering if someone could photoshop it all blacked out? I have tint and plan on just getting the rims powder coated and smoking the head and tail lights. Just wanted to see what it might look like. Thanks guys!!!

Same net result. Significantly reduced light output. Not the best or safest of ideas. It'd pass on the headlight smoking.

there's a reason those gts smoked headlight covers went out of style a while back. The decrease in light output is quite dramatic.. enough that even a hid isn't really going to overcome it. Dumping hid's into your halogen designed headlights isn't a solution either. They tend to scatter more light rather than direct it where its supposed to be. Without a proper retrofit your wasting yourtime (and money) with drop in hid kits. They're illegal anyway (despite what the manufacturer tells you).

Its just not really worth the sacrifice in function.

i kinda like that. thanks! i think if the wheels were painted more to look like the paint vs flat balck it would look alot better.

as for the lights ill prolly hold off, thanks for the tips/advice guys.

damn this needs to be lowered lol.

Can you make the wheels match the paint? And make the tint darker? For whatever reason the tint looks light in this pic.

Great, so go ahead and compromise everyone around you's safety since you "kind of like it"

Because people won't be able to see your brake lights properly and you will probably be producing glare along with compromising your own visibility.

Plus you will be a cop magnet.

Oh, I just saw you said you weren't doing the lights - I retract everything. Sorry.

Murdered? Why would you want to kill a wrx? I dont get the whole attraction to homicide. Why murder anything, let alone a wrx...

I already stated that I was going to hold off on the lights because of the safety issue. And its my car, I can customize it how I please. If you wanted to paint your bright pink I think it would look awful but I would say hell yeah man do you thing.

I just like the look thats all!
