My trip to San Diego last week

I go to San Diego at least once a year to visit my brother and his family, which was where I spent last week. It was a much-needed vacation, but since I was with family, didn't really seem like a vacation either. It was however my mom's 70th birthday, so we had a bunch of family come help us celebrate.

All the photos: San Diego September 2009 - Armin H. Ausejo Photography -- SmugMug Galleries

    Few selected:

The view from my brother's house around 8 am...

My brother's family dogs, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi/Shetland Sheepdog mix. They're sisters named Cocoa and Sugar, with Cocoa being the more Corgi-looking one and Sugar being the more Sheltie-looking one...

We visited Mission San Luis Rey de Franca, still operational with friars...

It was my mom's birthday, but my youngest niece wanted to blow out the candle...

    Sunset from my brother's place...

And what it looks like at about 2 am...I didn't bring my tripod with me, so these were hand-held with help from the deck railing...

Easy my friend...right-click save-as and put it somewhere easy to remember, like Desktop or Pictures. Then open your "System Preferences" (should either be in the Dock or just click on the Apple icon at the very top left of the screen and select it), then click on "Desktop and Screen Saver" and browse to it. Tada!

San Diego's my favorite place to visit in SoCal. The sun isn't so intensely hot as Orange County or LA and there's a lot less smog as well. As far as things standing out, I got to drive the piss out of my brother's BMW 335xi sedan and I got to hold guns for the first time in my life

Some of the best pics I have ever seen you take Armin. Love the over-saturation and vibrance of colors.
