Alas, no Tower, and I can't find it on your site either -- could it be me? I did enjoy your American cemetery in France and the Seattle skyline night pics though.

    Aha! OK, I see it.

    1. Atypical perspective, excellent handling of the subject matter. Great shot.
    2. Good presentation of genuine feelings among the two people shown, nice casual appearance, great scenery choice, looks "natural." Enjoyed it.
    3. Great handling of light, especially given the white bonnet. Like the colour of the water and background too. However, what is the subject? The model? The car? Also, I tend to not be fond of tilted horizons -- this is simply personal preference and frankly, I could not get this much right in the photo myself to begin with.
    4. Had I not seen 3, I'd not be predisposed to think the model is, well, modeling. The mother's smile is heartfelt, but I get the feeling that the daughter isn't following suit. I am not saying she isn't; I'm saying I perceive she isn't, knowing neither woman. Enjoyed the use of light and shadow. Another shot beyond my technical abilities almost certainly, but IMO not the perfect moment.
    5. and 6., the drifting cars. Great choice of subjects for their colouring and dynamics. Both cars "pop" for different reasons. The Nissan for its transitions of blue to purple, the Chevrolet for it's kill-me-now red. Great backgrounds in both, the sense of motion is fantastic.
    7. Great background, excellent choice of angle, great synthesis, loved the reflections, but again the tilted horizon detracts for me.
    8. Loved the shadows, loved the colours, it's amazing that the gray car does not look dull even though it's in the background and it's paired with a brighter paint scheme. Nice shot, but again tilted so I'll shy away.

My vote goes to the elusive #1. EDIT: But, I'm a poor photographer, poor at appreciating or even recognizing art, and probably have non-mainstream views, so take it with a grain of salt.
