So a lot of you old schoolers know that I went away for a little bit. I managed to take 1300 pictures while I was gone. These are all from my Sony T200. Very durable, and took a lot of abuse while still giving me great results!
I didn't use any editing software other than Lightroom on a few of the pictures to adjust contrast, brightness and some colors that were lost, but unfortunately 64bit colors are out of question with Photobucket, so the majority of reds, oranges, and bright yellows were lost. Also, there was a lot of size distortion, all the pictures are about the same size, and photobucket made some small and some huge... ?? Who knows.
If anyone wants to see the picture in it's original form, let me know, and I'll send it.
I'm pretty amateur, but I thought that quite a few of these were worth posting...
The USS Tarawa LHA-1... Such a piece of crap, that this was the last deployment for her.
CH-53E (Transformers) and the American Flag the night before we headed out
Gorgeous Sunset (Not Photoshopped!)
Another Great Sunset! (Also, Not Photoshopped)
Our fleet in formation (Was going for a WWII Era look with this one)
Harrier Mid-STO (In the middle of taking off)
53 sunset
Photobucket absolutely killed the colors on this one. This is my favorite picture of a cobra (L) and a Seahawk (R) If you want to see the original, PM me. I'll forward it to you.
Sailors near the bow of another ship while our ship was refilling theirs (I Believe the USS Hopper?)
CH-46 (Phrog) Sunset
The calm before the storm. No editing at all.
Singapore Metro station. Was going for the "Vanishing Point" style of picture
Clarke Quay (pronounced Key) in Singapore
Chinatown in Singapore. Photobucket absolutely abused the reds in this.
one of the "Twin Pagodas" in Singapore. I was also going for the vanishing point thing on this one.
Koi Pond in Singapore (Reds and Oranges straight SLAUGHTERED by Photobucket)
The Chinese Gardens in Singapore

Macro of a seashell that is less than 1/4 inch tall
Harbor in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia
Wombat
2 Tasmanian Devils fighting. Way cool to watch.
Koala (Very friendly)
Koala
Emu. Extremely hard photo to take. I used a macro, but he was so twitchy I ended up taking about 20 pictures to catch it.
Myself with a Kangaroo. Really cool animals.
Pretty long, I'm sorry. Mods just email me if you want me to cut some of these out.
