    It's great to see motorcraft back in the sport with the Tasca car. One of my faves was the Glidden Motorcraft Thunderbird.Great pics,I can't wait for the Winternationals.

    That last is picture is just wow. Its incredible to see all the work and craftsmanship put into those cars.
    Good pics, even tho I don't know much about drag racing.

    Something tells me theres a wee bit more to the sport than that. If it was that simple you'd see a bunch of teen ricers out there.

    Slight hijack,but on a sad note,top fuel racer Doug Herberts' two sons,ages 17 and 12 were killed in a traffic accident a couple of days ago.

    Yeah, he got the news pretty early on Saturday and headed back immediately. Then Kevin took a test pass in his car the next day and put it into the wall at about 1000 feet. Not a good weekend for Doug.
    Doug and Sonnie are pretty good friends of mine. My heart really goes out to them. Those two boys were their lives.

    I will be puting up a few more pictures in the next few days.
