    Armin,
The quality of pics goes without saying. Nice job. Love the space needle close up.
Is housing expensive (like CA and FL expensive) up in Seattle?
Seattle (or the Pac NW) is one of the places that I would like to live.
Vancouver (BC) is a high option, but I've heard housing is stupid expensive there.
What are some major cons to living there?

Housing up here in Seattle proper is pretty expensive. It's nowhere near as bad as California, but growing up here all my life, it's gotten pretty crazy. There is a lot of development in the suburbs though, and you can get a very decently nice house for a fraction of what an average house would be in say San Francisco or San Diego.

As far as major cons...TRAFFIC! There's a bunch of legislation going on trying to get some light rail going, but it's a touchy subject thanks to poor project management and use of funds. The problem is that the infrastructure is as such that there's only one major highway that goes through the city, and all the homes and business were built around that. Thus, there's really no room for expansion of the roads, yet people around here have a hard time paying for road quality improvement too. Since I have about a 30-45 min commute every day, it affects me a great deal. I'd say that traffic is definintely the one major con. Other than that...I love it here, and I can't see myself living anywhere else (unless this country goes to ****, in which case Vancouver BC is next...haha).

I also would love to live in either Seattle/Vancouver sometime in my life.
I would prefer Vancouver so hopefully I make enough money later in life to afford a damn place over there.

Wingless alas. Too bad it took a 50 ton truck to make it happen.
