I know this is offtpoic , butif you where 1% body fat you'd be dead. Anything under 5% is very rare and very unhealthy. Bodybuilders are usually around 5%, and even at that cant stay there for too long. IIRC, one of the lowest bodyfat measurements ever calculated was around 3%, maybe a but less and in was on a cadaverAlso depends on how you calculate it (calipers the most common, bioelectrical impedence are a bit unaccurate, and hydrostatic weighing is probably the most accurate), but you're not 1%.
