    RC Race truck

    I sort of built this truck as a photography project. I am going to try and get some pictures of it published into an RC magazine. I tried to do some shooting this weekend but it was so cold I could only get a few shots off before my fingers started tingling and going knumb, which is why the compositions are pretty similar for now.

    Do you ever use that thing?

    I have an hpi savage and a hyper7 pbs and they are clean, but not that clean. Nice shots.

    I built it this winter and it is going to be used as soon as the race season starts but for now it is kind of just a fun photography project. Instead of taking pictures of my boring stock WRX I can shoot this beast and hopefully get a few shots published in an RC Mag.

    I built an RC truck years ago. Electric motor, but it was still damn fast. Never got around to painting the body though

    It is some great work, sadly it is not mine . I had someone custom paint it for me since I was going to be photographing it a lot. The reason I like photography as an art is because you don't have to draw HAHA!

    love it. thing looks waaaay fast. and the pics look good too. you said you built it as a photography project. does that mean you wont be racing it? i would love to see some action/dirt pictures.

    p.s. how much does a custom car like that cost when you build it yourself?

    As soon as race season starts I plan to race it, just a photography project till it warms up a little bit and then it will be my race machine. I don't want to know how much it cost haha, but safely I can say over $2k.
