Thanks for re-affirming that I suck at life because I don't have a 'real' camera, guys.

Damn! Well, that was easy.
With Hurricane Katrina visiting my backyard (New Orleans area) it would be easy to post nothing but disaster photos, but that's too depressing. So, I found a couple of shots that are more humorous, and, one from the hurricane.
Peace & Happy New Year to you and your loved ones.
1. In the right place at the right time to catch this shot. While, to someone, this wasn't funny at all, it sure as hell made me laugh. It wasn't until last night that I realized this was taken on April 1st. Could it have been staged as a April Fools prank?
2. I really liked the intensity in the kids eyes in this shot.
3. Hurricane Katrina Aftermath: this photo was made on Tulane Avenue at South Broad Street at the Courthouse. The stripes on the Hurricane Evacuation Route sign, as well as on the vehicles in the background, left a visual record of how deep the water actually got in downtown New Orleans. Of the thousand or so Katrina photos I shot, this one pretty much summed it up for me. It is really sad beyond your wildest dreams. TV and photos don't even come close to telling the story. You have to see it in person. It is broke bad and will be that way for years to come.

Im not the best at taking photo's and i dont have a good camera at any means, but i enjoy taking pictures so here goes nothing.
Both of these photo's were from my cross country trip from Arizona to Connecticut.
Photo I took in Alberta.
First is my favorite pic of my car I took with a borrowed D70. The others are both taken with a point and shoot Coolpix both from a trip to Orlando...
