Photo Experts: Any way to salvage this?

So today santa brought me among other things a wide angle lense and a telephoto lense for my Sony 5.1megpixel digital camera w/ manual settings.

It was raining out, very dark, and only had a yellow parking light as lumination. I tried to touch it up in PS, but i dunno if theres anything else i could do to salvage the picture. I know its not gonna look great.

Yep, your white balance is messed up...you probably wanna try setting it to Tungsten for amber street lamps Here's my renditions...tried to fix the white balance a little, shadow/highlight tool to bring out some of the shadows, cropped it (don't forget the rule of thirds), then some Noise Ninja...

it looks like something that can easily be reshot (even if you have to wait for more rain if you want that look) so i'd recommend that. regardless of what photo editing tools we have currently or in the future, the best thing is to start with a good negative

Thanks guys. The 3rd pic w/ the black and white i was just playing w/ the "artist" filters to give it a cartoon look, almost like the Sin City movie.

The 1st two are the ones that i was really toying with. But they turned out too yellow due to the parking lot light.

I have a DSC-W1. I think they are the same camera, but yours is the newer model, they just changed the name. But i could be wrong.
