    I dont think this is a repost and sorry if it is.
    I am one of the few with no digital camera. I would like to buy a digial camera and be able to photoshop some. Im not doin this as a hobby but i would like to have the abality to have some fun with photoshop and take pictures without the film and stuff.
    Any help and sugestions are appreciated.

    Im sorry i dono what those are.
    I dont plan on spending over a thousand. Ide like to buy a nice digital camera i gues no more than 500. i dont have a clue to this stuff

    P&S = point & shoot typically the pocket sized ones that you see everywhere
    dSLR = digital SLR (Single Lens Reflex) these have the inter-changeable lenses. this is my new dSLR http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/attach...1&d=1134838539

    Armin has good thoughts on the P&S. the one i use for work is a Nikon Coolpix 4600.

    The dSLR. That looks cool. Bor mor expensive. So those are good for changein the lenses. Can the P&S ones change lenses to?

    P&S' are fixed lenses. the prices for dSLR's are coming down. i have seen the D70 at Best Buy for $699 (after $100 rebate) w/ a lens. the same kit a year ago was $1300.
