hell yes it does make the difference but it's less abot the time, it's more about how much practice you have during that time.
I don't have 2 pix from the same place some time after, but i can see huge improvement in my photos since i first bought my camera.

The campus pic was a given, but the one with the Carrera GT was pure coincidence...the first pic is from the Seattle Auto Show, but the second one is from SEMA
