Well first run Unsharp Mask under filter sharpen, use a percent of 10 and a radius of 25. This will add contrast and sharpness. now run USM again and use a percent of 140 and a radius of .8, this will add some sharpness and maybe some grain but hopefully not too much. Then I run noise ninja which is another 3rd party plugin to get rid of some of the grain. Send me your best shot and I will work with it and re-post it for ya if ya like.

    what resolution should it be?

    lol!

for example, if i resize a 1600x1200 to 800x600 is it same or better quality as just taking an 800x600?

just curious so i know if i can just post on here resized or if i need to email

give me a 1600x1200 highest quality possible so I get less artifacts when I edit.
