    Well these are just some snaps for fun but damn I love this lens. 100% crops are just amazing as you will see below! I washed and detailed my car in anticipation of getting the lens today and a solid sheet of pollen is now covering it as you can see.

    Congrats on the new lens. It's pretty amazing, the images from my 70-200 are noticably sharper than any of my other lenses.

    Did you ever have to send it in to Canon for calibration for back focus issues or anything?

    No issues as yet. Only had it a month. There is some discussion on robgalbraith.com about issues with the lens (error 99-locks up the camera); however, the majority claim it's the best lens in their bag.
