    I joined a friend of mine for part of the trip last week and took some photos...I went from CO to WA. With a long layover in Chicago because of a freak snowstorm.

    Thanks for the compliments! The last one was on Route 55 (I think) in Montana heading East towards Bozeman. Those are the Tobacco Root Mountains. The Canyon photo is the Gates of Lodore in Dinasour National Monument in Colorado. I make up for a lack of photo skills by taking pictures that are hard to screw up
