I had to park a car (1999 Lightning) for 8 months once. I had my brother in law drive it around the block once a month it was just fine.
As a guestimate, I would say you'll be ok for up to 3 months, even sitting on the tires, but if it is at all possible, you should have someone start it up periodically and run it around for a few minutes just to keep everything internal covered with oil, and to keep the tires from stressing due to sitting with a load. I'm not a fan of storing with tires off and on jacks, cause you never know when you'll need to move the car in a hurry.

I recall reading that you should keep a full tank of gas and fresh oil in the car. Depending on where you are planning on storing it, jack stands are a good idea if there may be a possibility of a mouse problem, because it keeps it off the floor/less likely chnce they will get in and demolish your interior or start a home in your engine to catch fire at a later date. Also, unhooking the battery, storing it separatly so it doesn't drain(maybe I made that up) If you google search "storing a car" you will get many fine in-depth articles on this...
Here are two quick links that should point you in the right direction(not too in-depth):

Give us the keys, we can drive it for you. Then you wont have to store it!![]()
or u can put it in one of those storage bubbles.![]()
easiest thing to do is pour one bottle of fuel stabilizer in the tank and the fuel will be good for 1 year. oil is fine as is. i/c spray just has to be half empty(says in the manual) for winter storage. take your battery out and put it inside. if you can put your car on stands or blocks. I have done this year after year with my former classic cars and never once had a problem.
good luck
