    Question fluid levels?

Does anyone have the fluid amounts needed for the engine?
I know the oil. I'm mainly concerned about the diffs. I checked the front (something was making noises) and it was just at the tip of the dip stick. I drained it, and put in a quart, checked it, and once again it was at the tip. Went and got a second quart, put half of it in, checked the level, and now it's not even registering. I put a little more in, and same thing, nothing on the stick. I checked to make sure the drain plug was in and tight, which it is. I'm not sure what to do now. Any help would be great.
    Thanks.

Did a little more reading. One question. Do the front diff and the trany share the same space, therefor filling from the same place (next to the turbo)? If that's true, then it gets 3.7 quarts of gear fluid. If that's true, then I need to get a lot more.
Let me know what you think.
    Thanks

All fluid capacities are listed in your owners manual.

Yes, the transmission and front differential share fluid.

    02-03 wrx:
    Trans - 3.7 qts
    Motor - 4.7 qts
    Rear diff - .8 qts
    coolant - 2.1 gal

That's all I can remember off the top of my head.
