Replacing Headlight?!

I'm in desperate need of help!! My man is too stubborn to ask for help and he needs to change the headlights in his 05 wrx. Could anyone give me detailed instructions on how to do it?! I have tried searching this forum and I have had no luck.

He needs to change the bulbs in the headlights cos they r blown. So does he have to take the whole headlight out? Or can he somehow just change the bulb? I didn't realise it was so difficult.. haha
