All Subaru models/years since 1993 (except for the SVX) use the same physical connector and same pin-out.

Here's a pin-out table I created after looking at all of the Subaru wiring diagrams from 1993-2005.

I can't say for sure if the radio itself will physically fit in any other Subaru, but a lot of people have been swapping radios between models and years.

One tip: Be sure to eject all CDs before you remove the radio and start shaking it around. If a CD inside gets jostled out of place, bad things happen.
