i got my 02 wrx with 13k on the clock and i noticed from day one (but didnt care all that much) that part of the steering wheel, at the 9 and 3 positions, are unstiched, or there is nothing holding the material together in a small spot, exposing the bear material underneath....
has this happened to anyone?
what have you done about it?
please help me, i want to fix this.
i can get pics later if you need them

An 02 with 13k miles. I would go with one of your parents and complain to a Subie Dealer. Subie replaced my backseat that faded from the sun...under warranty3 year or 36k baby

I would take a parent or someone with you who can argue your point for them to fix it under warrranty.

Wear Item Limited Warranty
Wear item coverage for all models is 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Items covered include brake pad/shoe linings, clutch disk linings, and wiper blades.
A dealership was always give you a hard time at first, but if you dont back down then they should give into your new steering wheel.
