    Yeah be careful with that cheap turbo timer. My friend purchased one and it uses really cheap and thin wires. The reason is if the wire is too thin it might not be able to handle the power going through it. You have to remember you are connecting the turbo timer to the power in your key ignition and that in turn cranks your starter.

    What happen was the wiring to the turbo timer heated up and the insulation turned hard and started to crack off and then exposed the wiring so it ground and melted the other wires it touched.
