gruppe-s makes a 52 mm pod thats just like the deft. ati also makes one, but both are carbon fibre. then of course, autometer makes one too.

Maybe the inches threw you guys off, but 2 5/8 is larger than 60 mm, its around 65...so now I'm wondering if I should try to make them fit in the Defi....or another one like the Defi that could hold 60 mm gauges or larger. If worse comes to worse I can have the people who installed my ipod make me a custom gauge pod.

hmm, didn't catch that first time around. 6 mm isn't really that much to take out with a dremel i believe. i don't think you need a custom pod (although if they are really good at laying fiberglass it could look real cool ) but its up to you if you want to dremel a defi pod or another 60mm pod. gruppe-s has the other 60mm pod like i said, but i can't think of any others off the top of my head.

best bet id say is buy the defi and take your time dremelling out to ~66 mm. good luck

Thanks for your help! The people who are going to do the molding are going to do it rather cheap, so I might as well get it custom, I'll post pics as soon as its up.
