04 heated seat install?

as the title implies, is it possible to wire heated seats on the 04 wrx seats and buy the bezels or are the wires under my seats used for something else? my initial thought was that they use the 04 wrx seats in an assembly line and make them all the same to be quicker and they just wire the ones with the upgrade (sunroof, ect.)

I know they sell kits that you can install yourself. I have seen them whenever the leather group buys are posted.
