It's easy. I believe there is a screw behind the door handle, and then two more in the arm ledge. Pull off the buttons/cover and you'll see what I'm talking about. Then just give it a tug, and it should snap right off. Let me know what you find.

My sound system is entirely stock.
My driver's side door speaker is much weaker than the passenger side, sometimes it fades (weakens) more and comes back later...like over a period of time, not instantly fading and what-not.
I'm think either a bad connection or a bad speaker; but am not sure which.
Guess I better do a search on how hard it is to remove the door panels...
